Terms for using Assembly.

Assembly helps Australian parents keep a record, understand a published process and take their own next step. It does not decide a complaint or replace professional advice.

Procedural information, not legal advice

Pathways and timing notes explain published procedures. They are not legal advice, a promise that a body will accept a matter, or a prediction of an outcome. Check the linked source before relying on a deadline or decision route.

Your school preference

Saving a school means the school search and the pathway start from it next time. It does not prove enrolment, guardianship or membership of a school community, and it never gives access to a parent room.

School directory information

School names, addresses and locations come from the Australian Schools List (© ACARA), named under the school search. They can change. Distance is a rough straight-line guide, not a catchment, enrolment zone or travel time. Assembly shows no ratings or reviews, and doesn’t rank schools or score their quality.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for what you record, share and submit. Do not use Assembly to harass or threaten anyone. A room is in confidence, so names are fine there, as the Community Rules say; keep what’s said in a room inside it. The Community Rules apply whenever you use a shared space.
